I had a small issue with my order on Hyppy, so I reached out to their support team without really expecting a quick response. To my surprise, they got back to me fast and actually took the time to understand what was going on, which made me feel like I was in good hands.
They kept me updated until everything was sorted and never made the process feel stressful or complicated. It’s always reassuring when a brand handles issues and smoothly, so I’d definitely trust ordering from them again. 5 stars from me.

My order did show up, so that part was fine. I kept checking the tracking, and it was actually helpful, but the whole thing just moved slower than I expected. Not a huge problem, and nothing was damaged or anything, but I guess I was hoping it would arrive a bit sooner. Delivery was okay overall, just not something I’d call great.

The site looks fine overall, but, um, the pages felt slow for me. When I got to checkout, it kept asking for details I thought I already entered, and the payment step was a little confusing. I almost gave up before placing the order. It definitely needs some work.

I’m careful about spending money because I hate feeling like I’ve wasted it, but this felt worth it. The prices were fair for what you get, and I didn’t walk away feeling like I overpaid

The packaging was kind of just okay, honestly. The box showed up with a few dents and I definitely had that little moment of, oh great, hope nothing inside is messed up, but luckily the product itself was totally fine. So I’m not really upset, just think they could probably pack it a bit better next time

Hyppy.in has a decent selection, and I did find a few things there that I hadn’t really seen easily on other sites, which was nice. Always a small win when you don’t have to browse ten different places, honestly.

That said, a couple of products I actually wanted were out of stock, and some sizes or options were missing too. It’s a bit annoying when you get interested, click through, and then realize it’s not available, been there too many times.

Overall, it was an okay experience. Not bad, but not amazing either. I’d probably check the site again, especially if they manage to keep more items in stock.

I ordered from hyppy.in i was pleasantly surprised!! The material feels really nice and doesn’t seem cheap at all. I’ve used it a few times already and it still looks the same. Happy with my purchase!!
